Joan Collins Reveals Her Longevity Secrets, Including Avocados, Fitness Routine and Diet Mishaps

Joan Collins shares her tips for maintaining balance, beauty, and avoiding needles, including her love for avocados, obsession with milk chocolate and the importance of a balanced diet, while also revealing her changed exercise regime.

Joan Collins is a TV legend known for her starring roles in Dynasty, Land of the Pharaohs, and The Girl in the Red Velvet Swing"The quality of what you eat is as important as the quality of the products you use," she said.

"I try to eat a balanced diet. I think eating avocados is very beneficial, and I believe in taking vitamin supplements – I take Vitamin C, E and omega oils.

"Avocados are incredibly healthy as they contain monounsaturated fats, which helps to maintain cardiovascular health and keeps cholesterol in check. If you have a great car, you don't put inferior petrol into it. I'm very fussy about what I eat," she shared.

However, Joan can't resist a bite of milk chocolate.

"The cheaper, the better. I treat myself. Why not?
