Police are looking for an “armed and dangerous” homicide suspect on I-77 in Newburgh Heights Sunday evening.
NEWBURGH HEIGHTS, Ohio - Police arrested a man after a shooting on I-77 near Cuyahoga Heights Sunday evening that left one person dead and another injured, according to authorities.
The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner’s Office identified the deceased victim as 57-year-old David Perez. Bratenahl police officers found the suspect, 29-year-old Ian Rich, driving on I-90 at 10:50 p.m., according to a department-issued statement, and took him into custody.
