According to police, a fight broke out between several people near the entrance of the carnival.

At the scene, police say they found two teenagers who had been shot. The victims were transported to an area hospital. Police may also be contacted by sending a private Facebook message to the Delaware State Police or contacting Delaware Crime Stoppers at 1-800-847-3333."We were saddened to learn of the unfortunate incident in the parking lot outside of the L.E.A.D. Fest Carnival at the Concord Mall after the conclusion of the event Saturday night. Our thoughts and prayers are with those impacted.
