The white-knuckle plot is complemented by entertaining appearances from stars Kevin Garnett and The Weeknd playing delightfully exaggerated versions of themselves. "The naughty Safdie brothers! This is just a fantastic movie," Edgerton said. Sadly, it looks like Uncut Gems will be their last co-directed project.
