With this week's heatwave in full swing, and the concept of a cool breeze nothing but a distant memory, spare a thought for the more formally-dressed office dwellers who groan as they contemplate what to put on in the morning.Frankly, in 39°C, nothing is appropriate. But as things cool down somewhat to relatively breathable temperatures, the trouser suit is a perfect option.
