The football competition, which pits the top international teams against each other to compete for the coveted Jules Rimet trophy, takes place in Qatar from November 20 to December 18.

Lost and Found on Derby Street is a new addition to the sports bar scene in Ormskirk, with several screens strategically placed around the ground floor of the venue, while there's also a couple of booths offering a semi-private viewing experience. Both venues also serve food. The venue is decked out in sports memorabilia and there's a good range of drink options at the bar, with special regular offers. Champs is part of Ma Kellys, which also runs Showboat and Uncle Tom's in the seaside town.
Krush on Friargate is a sports bar by day that transforms into a late-night club and is a popular venue with students.
