INDIANAPOLIS — IMPD is investigating after a deadly hit-and-run crash that killed a 12-year-old pedestrian Friday morning on the city's near west side.
Morris is now on a relentless pursuit for justice after IMPD says her nephew, Monterious Crowe was hit by a vehicle Friday morning and died., near West Michigan Street and North Belmont Avenue, around 9:20 a.m. April 26. "You don't leave a 12-year-old child in an alley. You don't leave your child in an alley," said Morris.Monterious Crowe, 12, was found dead in the 500 block of North Elder Avenue on April 26, 2024.That's because Crowe didn't have any ID and was listed as a John Doe.
