, the pedicure industry has the humble pumice stone. Often the product of natural lava rock, a pumice stone takes advantage of a natural coarse texture as a surface upon which to file down the tough or cracked skin on your feel and heels, using circular motions to buff away the dead skin cells.
For us, the best pumice stones have a handle so you can keep a good grip on it even in the bath or shower. In terms of being eco-friendly, we're more partial to the natural lava stone varieties as opposed to the ones with plastic handles and, lastly, having something like a rope tie to hang the pumice from when you're not using it is always handy.
