Travel specialists Kayak have compiled a list of 14 European destinations for the "young and broke" which takes food, drinks and flights into account.

Even if you're not young and broke, it pays to watch what you spend on holiday, and the list should offer helpful advice for any savvy traveller. It includes the average prices of a beer, a cappuccino and an inexpensive meal at each destination.
