A 14-year-old boy has been charged with the murder of 12-year-old Leo Ross, who was stabbed to death in Birmingham on Tuesday afternoon. Leo was found near Scribers Lane, Hall Green, and died in hospital later that night. The suspect, who cannot be named legally, was arrested on Tuesday night and charged with murder and possession of a bladed article. He has also been charged with six additional assaults.
