NEW YORK -- A 16-year-old is now charged with murder in Monday's deadly shooting on a Bronx subway platform. Police say the teen was also charged with five counts of attempted murder and one count of criminal possession of a weapon. He will be charged as an adult, but his name is not being released because he is a minor.We're told he didn't make any statements to police and asked for an attorney.
Police say that teen was involved in a shooting in January that may have led to the subway gunfight. He was charged Wednesday with attempted murder, assault and reckless endangerment for last month's shooting, and he's now being questioned about Monday's subway shooting.Leo Mendez was nearby when it happened.'It's like normal ...
