The three-floor spot is bright and airy, with brushed gold finishings giving the space a high-end feel - and the changing rooms are more akin to a luxury spa than a workout studio.
The session switched between boxing on the water bags, with Simi teaching professional techniques, strength sections and a touch of cardio to keep things challenging.
