SAN ANTONIO — An 18-wheeler truck overturned on the Fine Silver Curve early Saturday morning, causing the upper level of I-10 to be shut down for hours.responded to I-35 South at I-10 West around 1:15 a.m. for reports of an accident involving a big rig truck.Police shut down the upper level leading to the curve for several hours while they worked to clear the accident.
