The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner has identified San Francisco resident Luis Manuel Arguello-Inglis, 19, as the victim in
Police and medics arrived on scene and discovered Arguello-Inglis suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was declared deceased at the scene. Crime is down this year in San Francisco. The shooting death is the city’s 14th homicide so far this year, a 33 percent decrease compared to the 21 killings reported in San Francisco as of June 2 last year.
