State police are searching for answers after a shooting incident Sunday on Interstate 83 that could’ve left a family of three seriously injured.
Keith Thompson, 43, and Jan Abreu-Vizcarrondo, 24, are accused of conducting separate drug operations out of the same apartment complex on Old Philadelphia Pike.of two men accused of conducting unrelated drug operations on the same day in the same East Lampeter apartment complex.
Thompson was charged with possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, cocaine, and marijuana; possession of oxycodone pills; possession of drug paraphernalia; and person not to possess a firearm. Investigators executed multiple search warrants on April 18 on Thompson’s storage unit in the 100 block of Stonemill Road, his residence in the 300 block of Mill Street, and an apartment in the 1600 block of Old Philadelphia Pike.
Thompson was unable to legally possess a firearm due to a prior conviction. He remains in Lancaster County Prison on $750,000 monetary bail.
