Dalawa ang patay kabilang ang isang menor de edad habang 16 iba pa ang nasaktan matapos araruhin ng isang water tanker sa La Paz, Iloilo City, ayon sa ulat ni Ivan Aguana ng Super Radyo Iloilo sa Super Radyo dzBB ngayong Lunes.
Sa inisyal na imbestigasyon ng otoridad, nawalan ng preno ang water tanker dahilan para maararo nito ang isang bakeshop, botika, tindahan ng litsong manok at mga nakaparadang tricycle at motorsiklo.
Ngunit nang hinihila na ng otoridad ang sasakyan para maalis ito sa lugar ay bigla itong umarangkada at inararo ang mga biktima. Kinilala ang driver ng water tanker na si Rodrigo Dayon, 61 anyos, na dinala sa La Paz Police Station. Ang rescuer na nagmamanaho ng truck habang hinihila ito ay nasa kustodiya na rin ng pulis.
