BACOLOD CITY – The two men found dead in Bago City, Negros Occidental last week were drug personalities according to their families.
Police Lt. Col. Jay Malong, Bago City police chief, said the victims were identified by their families over the weekend as Edward Pille, 29, of Barangay Alijis here, and Scott Arevalo of Barangay Singcang-Airport, this city.
The victims were hogtied and their faces were covered with packing tape when they were discovered by a duck raiser in Purok Talutog, Barangay Dulao on September 22.
