SURPRISE, Ariz. — Two teens were arrested following an attempted home burglary in Surprise on Monday, police said.
There was a 911 call reporting a person found with a gunshot wound about a block away from the home shortly after the homeowner called, police said. Nelson is a prohibited possessor and is facing charges of burglary in the 1st degree, which is a class 2 felony, misconduct involving weapons, a class 4 felony, and theft, a class 6 felony.
