The 2025 Mustang GTD isn't just any old pony car, so Ford won't let just anyone buy one—you'll have to earn the opportunity with a new application open until May 20.
Applications to order the upcoming 2025 Ford Mustang GTD have opened, with Ford increasing the estimated starting price to $325,000.North American production is expected to start in late 2024 or early 2025.You can apply to purchase the GTD between now and May 20, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. EST when the application window will close.
After that, things get a little more interesting, with the automaker inquiring about your relationship with the brand. Do you own a Ford? How about a Lincoln? Are you involved in the motorsports world? Would you consider yourself a car collector? After you've confirmed to Ford that, perhaps, you own nothing but Fords and Lincolns and plenty of each, the application turns serious.
