There's weight loss, paleo-inspired, healthy eating, training support, longevity, pre and post-natal, vegan and vegetarian and brain food; there's even the option to have your own custom plan created depending on your needs.
I opted for the healthy option and my super chic cool bag arrived with my custom menu, detailing each meal and its nutritional benefits. Breakfasts included the likes of bircher or cottage cheese and tomato on rye bread, lunches were delicious salads, dinners consisted of wholesome meals like mushroom risotto, whilst snacks on offer included healthy brownies. I didn't feel hungry once and the portion sizes were huge.
