A 23-year-old man was found dead in Barangay 128, Tondo, Manila at dawn on Sunday, Jan. 22.

The victim was identified as Adrian Shane Ochangco, 23, a resident of Riverside Vitas Katuparan, Brgy. 101, Tondo, Manila. According to the Manila Police District , witnesses Gregorio Siervo, a security guard on duty at Petron Gasoline Station, and Jaymar Herrera, a car wash boy, said they heard three consecutive gunshots and later found the victim lying beside the highway along Mel Lopez Boulevard Northbound, Brgy. 128, Tondo, Manila at 4:10 a.m.MPD only identified the suspect as alias “Emeng,” also a resident of Brgy. 101.
