The Department of Labor and Employment –Region 4-A announced that out of the 278 hired on-the-spot applicants, 140 are female while 138 are male.
Some 219 applicants were referred to the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority while 299 were assisted by the government agencies such as the Social Security System , Pag-Ibig, in their document requirements. Reinier Llanan of San Roque, Antipolo City, one of the newly hired applicants who submitted his curriculum vitae at the job fair, told Manila Bulletin that he was happy to learn that he made it as a service crew of fast food chain Chowking from the hiring manager who interviewed him.
