Three graduates from the Ateneo de Manila University (ADMU) in Quezon City made it to the top ranks in the December 2021 Real Estate Licensure Examinations, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced.
Justin Victor Nisperos de la Cruz is in first place with a rating of 90.8%, Jesus Rommelson Litan Cantos placed second with a rating of 87.
70%, while the third placer is Michelle Lorraine Julienne Dionaldo with a rating of 87.40%.A total of 342 took the licensure examinations administered last Dec. 9, 2021 and 314 successfully hurdled the test.
