In its 4 p.m. bulletin, the weather bureau said the shear line may bring cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms over the provinces of Batanes and Cagayan. Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms may prevail over Eastern Visayas, Caraga, and the Davao Region due to the Intertropical Convergence Zone , while Metro Manila and the rest of the country may experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms brought about by the localized thunderstorms.Further, it warned the public against possible flash floods or landslides in the affected areas due to the rainshowers.
Forecast winds over northern Luzon will be moderate to strong, with moderate to rough coastal waters. The rest of the country is expected to have light to moderate winds to be accompanied by slight to moderate waters. Minimum temperature was at 5:30 a.m. at 22.8°C while maximum temperature was monitored at 2 p.m. at 32.3°C.
