From Peri Peri chicken to buffalo chicken mac and cheese or Thai style satay curry, the options at Prep Kitchen are. When you sign up, you specify your goal: lower carb or balanced. Balanced meals are high in protein, moderate in fats and carbs and contain a minimum or two portions of vegetables, while lower carb meals are even higher in protein, with lower carb and three portions of vegetables.
You can select between 5 and 20 meals per week, and the menu rotates every 7 days – so you'll never get the same meals two weeks on the bounce.Most of the dishes are meat and fish centric, so vegans and vegetarians might struggle a little.Prep Kitchen delivers to almost all of mainland UK, excluding the Highlands.
