It's unclear what caused the pilot to make a hard landing/crash but we're told it happened during a training exercise.
Jump into summer fun with this week’s amazing Insider Dealsvia X, formerly known as Twitter, there were a total of five people in the helicopter. Four of the individuals were SWAT members and the other was the pilot.members were participating in a nighttime training in Eagle Lake, Texas. The training, hosted by an established training group, also included other SWAT teams.
The incident occurred at a training site located at 1021 Old Altair Rd. The remainder of the course has been cancelled and all participants have been sent home.Still, all the individuals were hospitalized.
