35-year-old Richo Samuels, 37-year-old Rahmean Ponzie, 30-year-old Randall Russell and 53-year-old Jermaine George were all charged on various charges Monday morning.
CLEVELAND , Ohio - A Cuyahoga County Grand Jury indicted four men Monday for their involvement in a shootout at St. Malachi Parish July 29, according to a press release from Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Michael O’Malley.35-year-old Richo Samuels, 37-year-old Rahmean Ponzie, 30-year-old Randall Russell and 53-year-old Jermaine George were all indicted on various charges Monday morning.
According to the release, Samuels and George tried to rob Ponzie and Russell and another man July 29 outside on an apartment complex near Washington Avenue and West 28th Street. The two got back into the vehicle and as they drove away, Samuels and George returned fire, the release said.George, Samuels and the other man were struck and taken to the hospital, according to the release.
