The San Francisco 49ers are dealing with contract issues with star wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk, who has been seeking a new deal for months. Aiyuk was spotted at practice, though it appears he is following the 'hold in' practice of showing up for meetings but not participating.
Though it would not be shocking to see the 49ers jump on restructuring Williams' contract, they are already dealing with the issues regarding Aiyuk's new deal.The 49ers' general manager John Lynch will now be in a tough spot attempting to give Aiyuk a long-term deal, restructure Williams, and figure out a way to hand Purdy a massive contract next offseason.Lynch will have to work on getting Aiyuk a deal as soon as possible considering he has already requested a trade.
