ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – If you absolutely, positively need to beat Tampa Bay, you turn to Nathan Eovaldi. On Wednesday, Eovaldi did what he does against the Rays, bedazzling them with his splitter for seven shutout innings in a 4-1’ win.
