While we don’t know the bettor’s identity, there are a few things we do know.
The second leg of the parlay was a Super Bowl exacta, betting the Chiefs to win over the 49ers. Back then, that exacta was offered at +1800. At one point, the Mavericks were down 17 points in Game 6 of the Western Conference Semifinals against the top-seeded Oklahoma Thunder. But the Mavs, aided by a Luka Doncic triple-double, prevailed over the Thunder 117-116 to make their way to the Western Conference Finals.
