Liverpool property developer Legacie has completed its £90m Parliament Square housing scheme. The 500-apartment project, which sits on the edge of the Baltic Triangle , is now finished and it is fully occupied by residents. Delivered across four blocks, ranging between eight and eighteen storeys, around Parliament Street, Newhall Street and Great George Street, Parliament Square provides a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments .
Legacie CEO John Morley said: “We are proud to have built a thriving new community at Parliament Square that is now generating an annual income in council tax and business rates for the city. In 2019, this was a site in need of significant investment and urgent regeneration and I am incredibly proud that we’ve been able to deliver this as well as develop something that offers prestigious living.
