The development will comprise a variety of different house types suited to a wide range of diverse lifestyles and budgets, from first-time buyers to growing families. It will include apartments and terraced housing of which 50% will be available for rent and 50% for sale.Neil McKay, managing director of Urban Union, said: “It’s great to see work get underway at our new development at Hamiltonhill as we continue to meet the growing demand for a diverse mix of high-quality, affordable houses in the area.
