A statement from Trece Martires City Police Station says the victim, identified as alias Nene, was found on the riverbanks without clothing and with wounds all over her body.With the help of CCTV footage, authorities were able to track the suspect and arrested him in a construction site in Barangay San Agustin, Dasmariñas Cavite.Investigators gathered that suspect and the father of alias Nene had a drinking spree on Holy Thursday morning.
The suspect was jailed in 2021 for violating the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act, police said. Cavite Police Provincial Office Col. Christopher F. Olazo commended the operatives for the immediate arrest of the suspect.
