A total of 88 couples said their “I Do’s” in the “Kasalang Bayan” sponsored by the Parañaque city government on Thursday, Feb. 9.
Mayor Eric Olivarez solemnized the civil wedding of the 88 couples held at the Parañaque Sports Complex. Olivarez said the wedding held was in line with the celebration of the 25th cityhood anniversary on Feb. 13 and Valentine’s Day on Feb. 14. Olivarez was joined by his brother, 1st District Representative Edwin Olivarez, who gave an inspirational message to the newlywed couples.
He advised the couples to love one another, remain faithful, and most importantly, to respect their partners.
