999 crews raced to the scene of an 'incident' near a Glasgow train station.
Police officers and transport cops descended on Merkland Street in the city's West End on Tuesday evening.Two teenagers were arrested and charged in connection with an alleged theft.spokesperson said: “We were made aware of an incident on Merkland Street near to Partick railway station shortly after 6pm on Tuesday, March 26.“Two men, aged 19 and 18 were arrested and charged by Police Scotland in connection with a theft.
