After much excitement, Charlotte Tilbury’s six-piece fragrance collection launches today. OK!’s beauty editor Laura Mulley gives her review and shares her favourite…
When we first heard that Charlotte Tilbury was launching a collection of perfumes – news that was strictly under embargo for months – it made big waves in the beauty world. Since then, shoppers have been eagerly awaiting the fragrances’ launch, and – after going on sale first on the Charlotte Tilbury app – they’re now available for everyone to buy.
And to help you to decide which might really be worth your money, I’ve been testing them out ahead of their launch. Here’s what I think, in order of preference… Laura says: “As a huge fan of sunny, summery scents like Estée Lauder’s Bronze Goddess, this was the clear winner for me. It’s warm, coconutty and comforting, and instantly reminds me of far-flung beach holidays – and the gold bottle looks great too. If I was going to buy one fragrance from the collection, it would be this.
Laura says: “This is a real statement scent – very sexy, and quite masculine. I’m immediately drawn to the leather notes, which I love in a fragrance, and the woods and musk notes really add to the sensuality. It won’t be for everyone, but if you like rich, carnal scents, it’s worth sniffing out.
