March 1st is the day a mother, niece, cousin and sister disappeared
. Now Rebecca Beamer-Hicks' family is still left wondering. No one can find their loved one after she was spotted by the Susquehanna River.
"I've been handing out signs every day. I'm going to homeless places. I'm going to the library. I'm on the riverfront everyday other day if not every day," said Hicks' cousin Amelia Carter. "I want to see more I want to see a lot more... I want my sister I want her found," said Alisha Hicks Rebecca's sister.
The family says the last known person to see Hicks is her boyfriend. Family members say they found out about him the same day no one could find Hicks.
