Hundreds often descend on the charming town every year for the foodie festival
A popular chocolate and cheese festival is going to be returning to one of Greater Manchester's most charming corners. Ramsbottom's chocolate and cheese festival will be coming back to the winding streets and cobbled lanes of the north Bury town.
There will be activities happening in Ramsbottom Civic Hall, around 'The Urn' sculpture on the town square and around St Paul's Church on the main road running through Ramsbottom. Local leaders are urging residents and visitors to attend the festival to support the local businesses, including shops, cafes, and restaurants, that help stage these events.Ramsbottom councillor Gareth Staples-Jones shared a post on Meta, formerly Facebook, encouraging customers.
