Marian and Donald were hoping to find their perfect holiday home
in Almuñécar in Spain. Host Jasmine Harman aimed to tick all their boxes as they asked for a two-bedroom apartment looking out on the beach.
Jasmine was immediately concerned that she would not be able to match the criteria with their budget as properties can start from £140,000. But Donald said he thought it was "possible". For the first property, Jasmine said she had to make a compromise on the location as she showed the buyers a two bedroom apartment on the fifth floor. But despite an asking price of under £194,000, Marian and Donald were not fully impressed as he said it did not tick all the boxes, there were "nearly all crosses".
