Viewers of A Place in the Sun were left fuming as they criticised a 'cheeky stunt' by a couple following their 'lowball' offer.
Having been together for 13 years, the couple emphasised the importance of a mountain view, a spacious kitchen, and proximity to a golf course. Ben noted: "I had hoped to give you that fantastic, all singing, all dancing kitchen but I don't think I've quite delivered on that front, but I have given you a light-filled kitchen that has the potential to be expanded into the utility space."
Ben was dumbstruck upon learning of their proposal, emphasising that it was 'too low' as the property was in hot demand with several offers from other interested parties.
