The A Place in the Sun host was honest with Channel 4 viewers
Jasmine Harman admitted she was "worried" after meeting two potential buyers on Wednesday's A Place in the Sun.
As she met the couple and asked why they chose Gran Canaria, Nick said: "Long haul is an awful long way in the winter". He continued: "We don't want acres of land, don't need a pool, and I'm not particularly interested in a project. It would be nice to see some traditional buildings that have been converted really well".
