It happened just before the Boulevard Junction, Banbridge
In a traffic update issued by the PSNI on Thursday afternoon, at around 6pm, a spokesperson advised road users that the "A1 Southbound Lane, just before the Boulevard Junction, Banbridge is currently closed due to a three vehicle road traffic collision".Just after 7pm, police confirmed that the lane had reopened.
