Aaron Carter's cause of death has been revealed more than five months after the singer was found dead in his bathtub at age 34.
The I Want Candy singer was found dead aged 34 in the bathtub of his home in Lancaster, California, on November 5.
The sedative alprazolam, sold under the brand name Xanax, was found in his system as well as the compressed gas difluoroethane.According to the report, the gas is commonly used as a propellant in air spray cleaners, which"can induce feelings of euphoria when inhaled". Carter was last seen alive on November 4 after police attended his home following reports he had been seen with inhalant on an Instagram Live.
In response, Carter said he was"astounded" by the accusations, saying"I do not wish harm to anyone, especially my family."
