ABOITIZ Construction Inc. has been awarded maintenance contracts for Aboitiz Power Corp. subsidiary AP Renewables Inc. and cement producer Cemex Philippines.'Our recent partnerships with AP Renewables Inc. and Cemex Philippines demonstrate our commitment to execution excellence,' Aboitiz Construction Chief Operating Officer Ramez Sidhom said.'These projects affirm our ability to provide reliable maintenance solutions while prioritizing safety and quality of work,' he added.
It also covers mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and condition monitoring tasks.Aboitiz Construction previously provided manpower for maintenance projects at Tiwi Geothermal Power Plant from June to August 2024.Cemex, meanwhile, has extended a six-month contract to December to supply technical manpower for the commissioning of kiln line 4 at its Antipolo City plant.The activities include the vertical roller mill, kiln, clinker, cooler, and dust collection.
