Aboitiz InfraCapital is spending P4 billion to expand its master-planned business district located within its LIMA Estate economic zone in Batangas.In a news release on Tuesday, Aboitiz InfraCapital said LIMA Estate is planning to expand the 40-hectare master-planned business district Biz Hub to 70 hectares.
"The Aboitiz Group has proudly served this community for over a decade," said Rafael Fernandez de Mesa, president of LIMA Land and head of Aboitiz InfraCapital Economic Estates. "Our continuous investment in LIMA Estate underscores our confidence in Batangas’ potential as a top-tier investment hub and reaffirms our commitment to supporting the government's vision of a prosperous, inclusive, and resilient society.
