Coronation Street's Ken Barlow - who is played by Bill Roache - will have a new lover on the show. Helen Lederer, from iconic TV show Absolutely Fabulous, is going to be Ken's new love interest, reports the Mirror.
The courts didn't say how much he has to pay now, but did confirm last month that it was £546,000 in tax. Bill Roache wasn't at the court but people have claimed that he earns about £250,000 a year from working at ITV. During the pandemic, Bill tried to earn some extra cash by creating videos for his fans online. He joined Celebrity Video Messages, a platform where fans can pay celebrities to make personalised videos.
During an ITV documentary celebrating his 90th birthday, he told viewers: "People will say, 'When are you retiring? Are you going to take a break? ' But then what happens?
