Police release CCTV after driver 'stopped disabled woman from parking in accessible bay'
Police have released CCTV footage after a man verbally abused a disabled woman before preventing her from using a designated parking bay.
According to Lancashire Constabulary, she was unable to park in the designated bay due to another car being parked across two of the bays. She then became the victim of a string of verbal abuse as she attempted to speak to the driver. A spokesperson for Lancashire Police said: "We are appealing to the public to help identify the person in this image in relation to an incident which happened on Monday, 20th June at around 11:00 in the car park outside B&M Bargains on Bulk Road in Lancaster.
