With the aim to ensure that the women of Manchester have access to the gynaecological advice and services that they need, award-winning consultant obstetrician and gynaecologist, Dr. Nicholas Morris, has decided to partially operate out of one of Manchester's highly-rated private clinics, Manchester Private Hospital.
Becoming a consultant doctor in 1997 exposed Dr. Morris to serious issues he had not faced before, and enabled him to start implementing solutions to problems that patients were experiencing. Dr. Morris is thrilled to have spent the past six months working partially out of Manchester Private Hospital, a well-reviewed cosmetic surgery practice in Manchester, that aims to provide a high standard of outpatient care, offering consultation, upgraded facilities and thorough aftercare to patients.Dr. Morris said: “I was really pleased when Manchester Private Hospital asked me to come and work from here.
“Six months later, I’m still happy to be here and to help offer a service to the women in Manchester."He said: “In my practice as a gynaecologist, I do a lot of pelvic floor surgery, treating women who have prolapse after childbirth - and this is the sort of treatment I’m offering at Manchester Private Hospital. It’s important that women have access to these services. I’m not the only person offering them, but I’m pleased to be doing it here.
“In this difficult time, it’s important that doctors do see patients and offer them advice. I’m more than happy to do this, and we can sometimes fit in extra patients at the clinic.
