Accrington Stanley boss John Doolan has revealed what he was told by Trent Alexander-Arnold after his team were beaten by Liverpool. The League Two outfit put up a spirited performance before eventually losing 4-0 at Anfield in their FA Cup third round clash on Saturday afternoon. Alexander-Arnold struck the Reds’ second goal just before half-time after Diogo Jota opened the scoring, with substitutes Jayden Danns and Federico Chiesa netting late on in the second half.
