We can reveal the actor playing Alex, Glen “Lenny” Sherman, was jailed for nine months in 2011 for violent disorder. Glen, 44, was among hooligans who clashed before a match between Huddersfield and Millwall in April 2010. Horrifying footage from the fight — dubbed the Battle of Waterloo after the nearby Waterloo pub — showed thugs slinging punches.
Six Huddersfield and two Millwall fans were jailed over the vicious brawl.
